Topic: healthy balance in your day

Incidental excercise is vitally important throughout the day. If you can't get to a fitness club, you can still help yourself. Walk at home, in the office, etc. Make sure no slouching...which is easily done when not 'supervised'. Pull in your tummy, breath evenly through to the diaphragm, think of any strenghtening done throughout. (Since I broke my hip it all became a necessity for me.)

And get enough calcium to avoid premature osteophorosis - like in my case. Have another Rush!!
